RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love every piece you choose. Each collection is designed with care and produced in limited quantities. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Eligible merchandise will be issued as store credit. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for return. All sale, promotional, sample, archive, and final-price items are considered final sale.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached. Returns that show any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing tags will not be accepted.Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Store Credit
Approved returns will be processed as store credit and issued via email. Store credit is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of issue. After this time, any unused balance will expire.

Shipping
Original shipping fees, including express and international, are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable and insured service, as we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return packages.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different size or style, please initiate your request through our returns portal. Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will be processed.

Accessories
Due to hygiene standards, accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International returns are subject to a $30 USD processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your store credit once your return has been approved. The fee is waived only if the item received is confirmed to be defective.

Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received and inspected.

Merchandise Certificates
Store credit is issued in the form of a merchandise certificate and is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of issue. We encourage you to redeem your credit within this time, as any remaining balance will expire after one year.

Merchandise certificates cannot be extended, reissued, or redeemed for cash. They are non-transferable and may only be used by the original recipient.


FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• All sale, warehouse sale, clearance, archive, or sample sale merchandise
• Items ending in .97 or .50
• Headwraps, scarves, bodysuits, and swimsuits
• Earrings and accessories

Due to hygiene standards, accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. To request a cancellation, please email service@chenburkett.com

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.



Shipping & Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. We also provide email or SMS delivery notifications so you can plan accordingly.

Chen Burkett New York is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages once they have been delivered. If a delivery issue arises, we encourage you to contact the courier directly, as they are best equipped to assist.
